Entrance to Tulsa Raceway Park for the 33rd Annual Mid America Ford Performance and Shelby Meet will be on North 129th East Avenue for the Spectators. (weather permitting) This is One (1) mile East of the West Entrance that we used last year for the Spectators. There are two (2) gates on 129th the South Gate is for all Spectators. The Racers and Vendors will be Entering at the Main Gate on Garnett. The track will be selling tickets to All Spectators who are not Name Tag Wearing Participants for $15 per person. Those Event Participants that have not picked up their Packets and Name Tags will need to go to the Registration Tent at the Gate on Garnett and pick them up. Registration will be closing at 11:30 along with the Racer and Vendor Gate.
Due to safety considerations, gates will open for track personnel and vendors at 7:30 am. Gates open for racers at 8:00 am. Registration and gate opening at 8:00 a.m. Tulsa Raceway Park. A trophy program and powder puff program will be available. Due to safety considerations, gates will open for track personnel and vendors at 7:30 a.m. Practice runs will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00. Tech requirements include: Battery Hold Down, Throttle Return Spring, Suspension Wear and Play, Brakes, Tires, Fluids, Radiator Catch Can, Seatbelts, Helmets, and NO LOOSE ARTICLES IN VEHICLE. ALL RACERS WILL NEED THEIR OWN HELMET AND LONG PANTS. NO SHORTS ALLOWED. Cars running faster than 11:99 must have a roll bar, and faster than 9:99 a IHRA/NHRA Certified chassis and current competition license. YOUR MUST ARRIVE AT THE TRACK BY 10:00 A.M. IF YOU WISH TO RACE THE RACER GATE WILL BE CLOSED AT 11:30A.M. The schedule for the rest of the day can be downloaded by clicking on the Information Sheet.
