Event Registration
General Registration- Can be completed using our NEW and Working Online Registration in our secure Online Store or complete the 34th Registration Form to register for:
- Participant Registration,
- Banquet Tickets,
- Hallett Motor Racing Circuit,
- Tulsa Raceway Park,
- All Ford Super Show, and/or
- Vendor Space
To register without using the Online Registration please save the 34th Registration Form to your hard drive (File SaveAs). Then complete the appropriate registration form below and mail or email them along with your registration fees or payment information to david@midamericafordmeet.com. This also applies to the registrations listed below.
Team Shelby Driving School Registration- Complete and email the Team Shelby Driving School Registration Form to register for the Driving School event (Not available for online registration).
Concours Judging Registration- If you want to enter your Vintage Shelby or Boss Mustang in a new style of Concours judging, please complete and email the Concours Registration Form. In addition to the Registration Form, we need a picture of the car. You can email the picture separate from the form (see insert/attach file in the email), insert the picture directly into the form on the second page (see insert Picture/From File in MS Word), or mail both the Registration Form and the Picture in together (Not available for online registration).
All concours entries must be received by June 1, 2008.
